1) Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

  • You agree to these Terms and our referenced policies (Refund Policy, License & Usage, Privacy, Cookie/DMCA).

2) Payment

  • Payment is due in full at checkout.

  • We accept the secure payment methods shown at checkout.

  • Transactions are processed by our payment partners; you agree to their terms where applicable.

3) Digital Product Delivery

  • Products are digital crochet pattern files (primarily PDFs; may include images/charts) delivered by instant download and/or secure Google Drive access after payment confirmation.

  • A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide—please ensure it’s correct.

  • We may update file structures, links, or storage providers as needed (access remains available).

4) Returns & Refunds

  • Because our products are digital, all sales are final once files are accessed or downloaded.

  • For eligible cases, refunds may be issued under our Refund Policy.

5) License & Intellectual Property

All site content and files are the intellectual property of Avylo LLC or its licensors. Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license per our License & Usage Policy. In short:
Permitted:

  • Personal use (unlimited).

  • Making and selling finished physical crochet items created from our patterns (small-business use).
    Not permitted:

  • Redistributing, reselling, sharing, sublicensing, or posting our digital files (original or modified).

  • Claiming our designs as your own, or using them to create competing digital bundles/libraries.

  • Using our files/data to train AI models or datasets without written permission.

6) Accounts, Access & Security

  • Do not share your download links or account access.

  • You are responsible for actions taken under your account.

  • We may rate-limit or suspend access to prevent abuse or fraud.

7) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with site operation, scrape content, or attempt unauthorized access.

  • Misuse the service in ways that violate law or third-party rights.

  • Circumvent technical protections on downloads or access links.

8) Disclaimers

  • Content is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for clarity and accuracy, patterns may require judgment and skill; results vary by yarn, gauge, tools, and experience.

  • To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avylo LLC (including its owners, employees, and contractors) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or files. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in or serving Sheridan, Wyoming, except where local consumer laws require otherwise.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is posted on our website.
